Over the six weeks we will explore many postures within a well-rounded Hatha style yoga practise. From asanas (physical postures) body alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques) mudra’s (hand gestures) to support the practise and basic meditation ending with Savasana/relaxation at the end of the class leaving you feeling relaxed and more balanced. 

Alternative postures are always given for this inclusive class.

You will gradually build strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus whilst practising within a relaxed, friendly group.

Guided Meditation

4 week Online Course

7 - 7.40pm

Class duration 40 minutes.

Even if you've never meditated before this is an all inclusive course....you will be able to explore meditation in a gentle class from the comfort of your own home. You can sit or lie down.

 

A guided meditation for 25-30 minutes to completely relax your body & mind. Enjoy living in the moment , getting to know yourself and being taken on a journey!

 

Once settled you will be lead through a guided meditation for 25-30 minutes to completely relax your body & mind. 

Make sure you have a comfy bed, or mat with a blanket to stay warm.
