An inclusive Hatha Yoga class for all abilities and body shapes. Alternative postures always given. We focus on the breath and how your individual body moves. Each class will start with a positive intent, a breathing exercise, postures for all levels and the most important part...Savasana/relaxation at the end leaving you feeling relaxed and more balanced.

The first half of the class is gentle yoga followed by guided meditation/relaxation. You will be held in a calming space for you to completely relax. Have blankets and cushions/bolsters to hand.

For the beginners course 16th Sept-21st October over the six weeks we will break down the fundamentals of a well-rounded Hatha style yoga practise. From asanas (physical postures) body alignment, pranayama (breathing techniques) mudra’s (hand gestures) to support the practise and basic meditation ending with Savasana/relaxation at the end of the class leaving you feeling relaxed and more balanced. .
You will gradually build strength, flexibility, balance and mental focus whilst practising within the comfort of your own home.
Upon completion of the course you will have the knowledge, confidence and experience to join a mixed level yoga class.

Morning wake up yoga

A gentle start to the day with gentle hatha postures and breathing /pranayama to gradually wake up your body in the morning.
The perfect way to start your day leaving you feeling relaxed, energised and ready to have a wonderful day.
